Image Processing Manager
Ashley manages our Image Processing and Quality Control departments. Under Ashley's watchful eye, the HDReal™ processing system produces high-quality imagery with remarkable consistency.
Ashley is a Colorado native and graduated from The Art Institute of Colorado with a Bachelor's degree in Photography. Ashley has a long history of working with cameras and image post-processing, specializing in product photography, consumer portraits, and architecture. She has always found the most interesting part of photography to be post processing and appreciates the technical and creative talents needed to make contemporary and marketable images. When not at the office processing images she can be found at the dog park with Bisq, watching movies, or floating down a river in her pink kayak.
Tom works tirelessly to ensure that every image we deliver meets or exceeds the HDReal™ quality standards. Tom graduated from The Art Institute of Colorado with a BA in Photography and joined our team soon after. Originally trained as a fine art photographer, Tom finds the move into the architectural world both exciting and engaging. While he loves taking advantage of digital imaging technology, he still has a soft spot for old-school darkroom processes - you can often find him talking about Cyanotype, Tintype, and Carbon Printing.
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff is responsible for establishing and executing the company's growth strategy and ensuring that the company maintains its high standards across all operational levels. With extensive experience in real estate development, brokerage, marketing and property management, Jeff brings a highly refined understanding of the real estate and vacation rental industries.
Jeff grew up watching his mother, an acclaimed architectural photographer, labor with lots of unwieldy equipment to capture images. This experience informed his later realization that technology could offer phenomenal opportunities to combine the art of photography with the science of image processing to market properties with unprecedented efficiency and efficacy.
Prior to co-founding Virtuance, Jeff was the Acquisitions and Development Manager at a Colorado based real estate investment firm. He also previously worked in acquisitions for a private real estate investment trust. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he began his career as an investigative journalist, working with John Stossel and Barbara Walters at ABC News and later as a political and economic development reporter for an ABC news affiliate in Missouri. Jeff has a Master's Degree from the University of Denver in Real Estate Development and Finance and a Bachelor's of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis in Political Science and Business.
